Programs Offered Spring 2008

 

 

Brazilian Foot-Skills - Boys and Girls ages 7-14

 

Want to have magic feet?  Come learn world renowned foot-skills!  Participants will be taught tricks, fakes, feints, and much more.  This class will inspire players to continue to use these skills throughout their playing careers. 

 

 

Speed, Agility, and Coordination - Boys and Girls ages 9-14

 

This class will incorporate different techniques to enhance the players overall athletic ability.  Players will be challenged throughout this session both physically and mentally.

 

 

Shooting and Scoring - Boys and Girls ages 7-14

 

Players will spend the majority of this class striking balls on goal.  The act of scoring requires a great deal of technical and psychological skill that will be taught in these sessions.  Players will learn proper shooting technique through fun activities that will inspire them to score goals.

 

 

Eclipse Select Juniors - Boys and Girls ages 5-9

 

Interested in becoming a future soccer star?  Players can expect to learn the fundamental skills necessary to succeed on the soccer field from the professional staff of the Eclipse Select. This program is designed for those interested in future travel soccer participation or those simply looking to receive quality instruction from soccer professionals. Players are encouraged to continue to participate in recreational soccer or AYSO during this program.

 

50% spent on skill development through fun activities

50% spent demonstrating these skills through small-sided games (3v3, 4v4) 

Several "play days" in which Juniors come together to display their newfound skills
